Yes, your employment will be contingent upon successfully passing a background check and drug screen.
You will receive a notification to your personal email address from Sterling, Winterwood’s drug screening vendor. You will have 3 (three) days from the date you receive your email notification to complete your drug screen. Failure to do so will put your continued employment at risk.
Following the completion of your background screens, you will receive emails from Jobvite, the company's vendor for onboarding software. These are valid emails which will require action to be taken by you.
Will my compensation change?
Winterwood’s minimum wage is $15/hour. Your confirmation letter will include your hourly rate.
What is Winterwood’s pay frequency?
All field employees will be paid semi-monthly on the 15th and last day of each month.
Yes, employees working 30+ hours/week will be eligible to participate in Winterwood’s benefit plans. Please refer to the Benefits Guide under the HR Resources tab.
New employees are eligible for benefits on the first of the month following 30 days of employment.
Yes. All transferring employees will be eligible for vacation accruals based upon their original hired date with Franklin Asset. Sick time accruals will be in accordance with Winterwood policies. Please refer to the Winterwood Employee handbook for the full vacation & sick time accrual schedules.
During your onboarding, you will be provided a detailed job description that will include essential responsibilities and functions of your position.
Reporting structure will be communicated once the transaction has been completed.
